Instructions for Authors
1. Deadline for submission of abstracts: 15.01.2025
2. Deadline for notification of acceptance or rejection of papers to the scientific programme: 12.02.2025
3. Author(s) may submit more than one abstract.
4. The author indicates the form of presentation of the abstract (poster or oral report), the final form of presentation will be confirmed after the reviewers' decision on the eligibility of the abstract.
5. Abstracts should be submitted in English.
6. The volume of the abstract (not including the title, name of the co-author(s) and affiliation) must not exceed 250 words (with spaces).
7. Structure of the abstract:
- Please indicate the category in which the work is to be classified:
INJURIES, INSTABILITY, FRACTURES, ELBOW, SHOULDER, MISCELLANEOUS, ARTHOPLASTY
- Title
- Authors - please provide full name of Author(s)/co-author(s)
- Presenter - please give full name
- E-mail of presenter
- Telephone number of presenter
- Author/co-author/co-authors/institution affiliation - please give the full official name of the institution from which the Author and each of the Co-authors come, city, country
- Key words - maximum 6 words
- Abstract content - in English, should include:
Introduction
Aim
Material and Methods
Results
Conclusion
8. In the text of the abstract, no data should be included from which the Author/Authors and the institution from which the paper originates could be identified.
9. Each abstract submitted will be evaluated anonymously by the Scientific Committee, the papers selected for oral presentation will be published in the IRONS supplement (www.irons.com.pl) and will be included in the conference materials.
10. Submission of an abstract is tantamount to obtaining the consent of all co-authors and the head of the unit from which the paper originates.
11. The person submitting abstracts is automatically entered as the correspondent.
12. Conference registration and payment of the registration fee is a prerequisite for the presentation of an abstract.
