Instructions for Authors
- The deadline for submitting abstracts is 22 February 2026.
- Notification of acceptance: 8 March 2026.
- Authors may submit more than one abstract.
- The author indicates the form of presentation (poster or oral presentation); the final form of presentation will be confirmed after the reviewers' decision on the qualification of a given abstract.
- The length of the abstract is limited to 200 words (including spaces). This number does not include the title, authors' names and their affiliation.
- Abstract structure:
- Category: ORIGINAL PAPERS or CASE REPORTS
- Title, authors (full names) and their affiliations (full official names of institutions, city, country), presenter (full name, email, telephone number) and keywords (max. 6). - The content of the abstract should follow the layout:
- for original papers - Introduction, Objective, Material and methods, Results, Conclusions,
- for case studies - Introduction, Case description, Discussion, Conclusions. - Each submission will be anonymously evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
- Submission of an abstract is tantamount to obtaining the consent of all co-authors.
- The person sending the abstracts is automatically entered as the contact person.
- The condition for presenting an abstract is registration for the conference and payment of the registration fee.
